Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa). You don’t have to prepay, but the property might take a deposit from or preauthorize the card you booked with. This is a routine procedure to verify that the card is valid and hasn't been lost or stolen. The charge is temporary and will be returned to you in full.

 

Corporate Credit Card Payments
To enhance security and ensure a seamless payment experience, we will no longer accept manual corporate card authorizations. Instead, for all direct bookings using a corporate card, a payment request will be sent to your company upon check-in through Trust My Travel, a secure and globally recognized payment platform. You will enter the credit card details at your end to complete the payment This ensures that your company can verify and process the payment directly, eliminating any potential confusion when reviewing statements. The charge on your bank statement will read as TRUST MY TRAVEL.

Check-In Time: 14:00 (2:00P.M) ~Check Out Time: 12:00 (12:00P.M)
We will try to accommodate requests for early check-in and late checkout but both are subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.

Early Departure Fee
For guests who wish to depart early before the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel may impose an early departure fee.

Stay Extension Fee
If a guest wishes to extend their stay, this can be done based on the current room rates and subject to availability. Therefore, current room rates may differ from the rates booked. Confirmation of room rates will be provided upon request.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Reservations cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur one (1) night’s room charge. The cancellation policy may vary based on the rate season. No Show Fee is a 1-night stay plus tax.

 Smoking Policy
It is a legal requirement to maintain all guests’ rooms as Non-Smoking. For guests who act contrary and proceed to smoke in their assigned or any hotel room, a charge of US$350.00 will be automatically charged to the Client's account for the cleaning cost. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outdoors.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on Property and/or in rooms.​
