Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can you accommodate?
We can seat seventy (70) persons in the Ballet room with a head table and eighty (80) persons in the Woodbine room with a head table.
What is the banquet table size?
Our rectangular tables are 8ft x 3 1/2 ft. and can seat ten (10) per table. The 6ft x 3 1/2ft and can seat eight (8) per table and the round table is 66” wide and can seat 10 per table.
How many people will each room accommodate?
Each of our rooms can be configured exactly the way you want. You can count on our dedicated event planning staff to arrange tables, chairs, and event props to ensure the most comfortable and efficient use of the space.
How many hours do we get to use Cara Lodge?
The Woodbine or Ballet room is rented for an eight hour period which would include two hours for set up, five hours for reception and one hour for cleanup.
What is the room rental and deposit policy?
The room rental for the Woodbine or Ballet room is GY$46,400 VAT inclusive. The room rental should be paid to secure the event date. A 50 % deposit is required based on the quotation and the 50% final payment should be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
Do you provide linens, cutlery, and crockery?
Yes we do! We provide cream or white tablecloth and napkins, cutlery and crockery free of charge. Cara Lodge provides the white chair covers at a cost of GY$300 per cover. White, silver or gold chair sashes are provided at a cost of GY$100 per sash.
